Next Gen Tactical Vest

A key focus of the development was the integration of advanced tactical communication and navigation systems, including the DSA system. Dedicated cable-routing channels allow cables to be seamlessly routed from the rear to the front of the vest through the shoulders and cummerbund, supporting the integration and comfortable carriage of the system’s battery, radio, HUB, PTT and mobile navigation device.

The vest features rigid, modular cummerbunds with an elastic body-adjustment mechanism for a secure and comfortable fit, quick-release side buckles for efficient donning and doffing, and a modular rear MOLLE panel for flexible load configuration. The development program included extensive user trials in both the UK and USA, ensuring the final system was refined through real-world user feedback and operational testing.
